The right of return also applies to second-hand goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please return the product in its original condition and packaging. Used, soiled or damaged products are not eligible for a full refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns are free of charge for items costing over 200 euros. This does not apply to second-hand items. The products used have <strong>a guarantee of at least 90 days<\/strong> and <strong>30-day right of return<\/strong>. There is no warranty on the batteries of second-hand equipment. This may also apply after the warranty period has expired if the product has a defect that cannot be regarded as resulting from normal wear and tear. If your product is faulty, please contact our customer service team.
