JJC LH-SH166 backlight protector

The JJC LH-SH166 is a high-quality aluminium lens hood designed specifically for the Sony FE 24mm f/2.8 G, FE 40mm f/2.5 G and FE 50mm f/2.5 G lenses. The lens hood prevents unwanted light from entering the lens, reduces lens flare and improves image quality. It also protects the lens from knocks and bumps, and its refined finish blends seamlessly with the G-series lenses.

The matt-finished interior prevents reflections, and the design of the lens hood ensures that vignetting does not occur. The bayonet mount is made of synthetic resin, which protects the lens mount from wear and tear. The lens hood comes with a protective cap that prevents dust from entering the lens and provides additional protection during transport. The cap does not prevent the use of 49 mm filters.
