In addition to on-site pick-up, we use DSV Road, Post and Matkahuolto parcel services. All of our delivery services include parcel delivery, parcel delivery to businesses and home delivery.

You can also ask our customer service for alternative delivery methods.

The speed of parcel delivery depends largely on the parcel supplier. We aim to deliver in-stock products within 24 hours of the order, with the package usually arriving the next working day.

DSV Road delivery has been the most reliable and fastest overall. This is also the standard delivery method chosen

Parcels for subsequent delivery will be delivered as soon as the product is available. It is not possible to update all stock balances for products that are being re-delivered. If you want real-time information, please contact our customer service for more information.

You will receive a tracking number by email when the package is shipped from us. For some large parcels, the tracking number is not available.

On Hold – we have received the order, but payment is still pending

Processing - means that we have received the payment, if the product is in post-delivery, the order is waiting for goods in this state

Ready - All products (unless otherwise agreed) have been sent to you or are ready for collection

Cancelled - The order has been cancelled

Refunded - Some or all of the money has been refunded on the order. This may be a partial refund, a defective product or similar. We always agree these with the customer before taking action

It's very simple, you add the products you want to buy to your shopping cart and go to the checkout to fill in your personal details and choose your payment method. It's also worth registering as a customer, your next purchase will be much quicker.

• Resurs Bank financing 0% with interest rate
• Siemens Leasing (companies)
• Postal cash on delivery - payment at the point of collection (Ad hoc)

Yes, we sell VAT-free to non-EU residents.
