The NiSi PRO Nano HUC UV series special thin filters are made of high quality Japanese optical UV-absorbing glass, multi-coated on both sides. The high quality manufacturing process ensures a very high light transmission and a very smooth surface that prevents reflections. The body, made of highly precise milled brass, is only 3.5mm thick, making the filter an excellent choice even for super wide-angle lenses. The NiSi PRO Nano HUC UV filter features a U-type nano coating and a durable water-repellent coating.The UV filter can be used as a universal filter to protect the front lens of a lens. It protects the lens from dust and moisture and the front lens from impact and drop damage.
