The Lumix Lab app allows you to easily edit aspect ratios for social media. This new workflow makes it easy to shoot and share videos on the go. With 5-axis autofocus, you can shoot and capture hand-held without the shake and vibration affecting your footage as much. Powerful stabilisation lets you use slower shutter speeds and still get sharp results Panasonic's Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF) technology enhances the speed and accuracy of autofocus on the Lumix S9. It enables fast and accurate focusing and is particularly useful for capturing fast-moving subjects, ensuring high-quality images in a variety of lighting conditions, making it ideal for both still and video photography. A compact and lightweight general lens for versatile shooting, with a focal length that covers everything from ultra-wide angle to a 6mm suitable for portraiture. The wide angle makes it easy to shoot indoors and also works well for video, with a closest focusing distance of just 15cm. The lens has a very quiet focusing motor and smooth aperture control, which is important for video shooting. The lens has been created in collaboration with Leica, which allows you to achieve very precise images without any extra distortion, right up to the edges of the image. The lens is constructed of 11 elements in 9 groups, including two aspherical lenses and three ED lenses to reduce distortion. A single UHR lens ensures that images are accurate right up to the edges and the size of the lens remains comfortable. A fluorine coating on the lens protects the front element, repelling water and dirt.
