The V-AF exclusive accessory with T1.9 aperture is the brightest anamorphic solution on the market and a great tool for achieving cinematic excellence with your V-AF lenses. The adapter features a 1.7x compression ratio, a unique yellow amber anamorphic glow and barrel distortion that adds a special anamorphic look to your images.

The V-AF Manual adapter has a dual scale for both feet and metres, and fine adjustments can be made with a smooth 300° rotation. The focus ring has an industry standard 0.8 mod and can be combined with any tracking focus. The adapter easily attaches to any V-AF lens with a front bayonet mount, giving filmmakers and videographers complete control over focus.

Once the adapter is attached, the MF ring on the lens side can be used as an aperture ring. An indicator light on the front lets the subject or photographer know whether the camera is in recording or standby mode, and the 95 mm front diameter makes it easy to attach the matte box.

Filmmakers' lenses tend to be heavy and have a clumsy design. The new manual focus adapter gives you all the features of a traditional film lens, but in a compact form. When combined with the V-AF series lens, the total weight is only 430g, compared to a film lens, which usually weighs twice as much.
