The SmallRig 6655 is a dummy battery power cable designed for long video shoots, live streaming and other situations where the camera requires a continuous power supply. The cable connects via a D-Tap connector to an external power source, such as a V-mount battery.

Continuous power supply for photography sessions

A dummy battery reduces the need to change the camera’s batteries whilst filming. The retractable cable allows for freedom of movement within the rig, and the indicator light shows the power source’s status whilst filming.
