The Smallrig 2401 baseplate for the Zhiyun Crane 3 LAB gimbal is an accessory that gives you more mounting points for your accessories such as magic arms, monitors, or mics. It attaches to the Crane 3 to the bottom of the gimbal with a 1/4″ screw and a clamp to prevent twisting. The multifunction plate is equipped with several 1/4“-20, 3/8“-16 and ARRI 3/8” fixing points for example Magic Arm 2070 and For Cold Shoe 2260. Despite the extra plate, you can attach your own tripod to the base of the plate.
