SmallRig Mounting Cheese Plate 1681
No, the SmallRig Mounting Cheese Plate 1681 is not a cheese plate, but a mounting plate designed to be used as a top plate for a Blackmagic URSA Mini camera, for example. The name correctly refers to a cheese with holes because there are holes in it. But they have threads (1/4''-20 and 3/8"-16) so it allows you to extend the possibilities of your rig as needed. The hole spacing is a standard 9cm from the center of the holes to the center of the holes. The plate also has Arri mounting points for Arri compatible attachments. The 1681 is a handy attachment for Smallrig railblocks, salmon tails (quite a few food references in this product), or short rods.
