The Zoom ZDM-1 dynamic microphone and its windscreen help to capture sound in full broadcast quality with minimal noise from breathing and room ambience. Thanks to its closed-back design, the sound reproduction is very clear, even to the most discerning ear. The sound has been tuned to produce a powerful speech sound with smooth highs and tight lows. Thanks to its excellent sound pressure handling and wide frequency response, this microphone makes it easy to record your voice straight onto the disc.

The design incorporates an integrated vibration-damping mechanism. The body is made of metal and, together with its protective grille, makes the microphone durable and reliable. The included windscreen protects the microphone from plosive sounds and breath noise.
