SmallRig Cage for Nikon Z6/ Nikon Z7 Camera 2243 is a moulded cage that provides protection around the camera and various mounting options. The cage attaches to the camera through a 1/4"-20 threaded hole in the base. In addition, a screw through the left strap clip is attached to the cage to prevent the camera from turning. The cage, consisting of one aluminium alloy part, is filled with 1/4"-20, 3/8"-16 and Arri 3/8" holes for attaching accessories. It also has a cold shoe at the top for attaching the mic and a Nato rail at the left end for quick attachment, for attachments such as the magic arm 2071. An optional Arca Swiss compatible plate can be attached to the base, allowing you to quickly attach the rig to an Arca compatible tripod head. A separately purchased cable clamp 1679 can be attached to hold the cables securely. The cage has 2 pieces of M4 threaded holes to accept a Nikon FTZ adapter to support the lens and protect the bayonet.
