The Sony RX10 Mark V is a digital camera with a long zoom lens, designed for nature, sports and travel photography, as well as hybrid use. It combines a fast Zeiss lens, rapid AI-assisted autofocus and powerful video capabilities in a single body.

Wide zoom range and superb image quality

The 24–600 mm (35 mm equivalent) Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T* lens covers wide-angle to long telephoto ranges without the need to change lenses. The 1-inch stacked Exmor RS CMOS sensor and new processing deliver more natural colour reproduction, whilst DRO and Creative Looks help you fine-tune your JPEG images directly in the camera.

Fast focusing on moving subjects

A dedicated AI processor improves subject recognition and focus tracking. The camera recognises the head and body positions of people and animals, and subject recognition also extends to birds, insects, cars, trains and aeroplanes.

Video features and modern usability

The RX10 Mark V records 4K 60p video without cropping, as well as 4K 120p slow-motion footage with minimal cropping. The body now features a joystick, an AF-ON button, a higher-resolution OLED viewfinder and an NP-FZ100 battery, which significantly extends shooting time compared to the previous model.
