A photographer is a photographer of LIGHT, so why be at the mercy of natural light when you can use flash to decide where and how you shoot. It is highly recommended that you own a flash or light source, whether you are an amateur or professional photographer. Particularly indoors, light is scarce and this is where a flash gives the photographer a considerable advantage. Outdoors, on the other hand, light can create shadows or be too low, in which case a shooting light is helpful.

In short, the different types of shooting lights we have in our range:

• LED lights for photography, are becoming more common among photographers. LED lights are in many ways superior to conventional lights. They are reliable, durable, compact and can come in many colours. So in every respect, LED lights are an excellent choice for all photographers. There are two types of LED lights, lightning styles and panels.
• Battery flashes are similar to normal photography lights, but they work with batteries instead of direct mains power. So they can easily be used anywhere, and you don't have to worry about finding a power outlet or carrying long extension cords. The downside of battery-powered flashes is that they make them slightly larger and heavier.
• Speedlights are compact flash units that are inserted into a connector on top of the camera or used as a stand-alone unit. They are attached to the camera with their own cable or radio transmitter, allowing it to flash at the same time as the picture is taken. Handheld flashes often have a swivel head, so you can point the light in the right direction. Handheld flashes are always better and more efficient than integrated flashes in cameras.
• Macro-salami are, as their name suggests, useful for macro imaging. When the lens is really close to the subject, the light from a normal flash cannot reach the subject. Macro flashes are attached to the lens filter thread, so they are right in front of the subject.

• Radio triggers allow you to use the flash or lights wirelessly, even if they are far away from the camera.
• On pedestals you can easily position even large lights where you want them, in the right position.
• Background you get an even colouring in the background of your subject. Chroma key backgrounds allow you to easily remove the background when editing.
• With photomodifiers get different effects and styles of light.
