Nikon Prostaff P3 8×30 Binoculars
Although the Nikon Prostaff P3 8x30 binoculars are compact, they include all the features and performance you expect from Nikon optics. They're a great companion for camping, birdwatching, travel and much more. The 8x magnification shows detail at a distance, but is easier to hold steady than more powerful binoculars. Multiple anti-reflective coatings and silver alloy prism mirrors provide a sharp view with vivid colours, and the 152-metre field of view covers a wide part of the horizon. Prostaff P3 binoculars are waterproof, frostproof and shockproof, so you can carry them with confidence on your outdoor adventures. At less than 13 centimetres long, they're also easy to carry.

We bought these as our family’s first ”proper” binoculars for observing nature. They aren’t pocket-sized, but they’re small enough that we end up taking them on our outings. Based on a couple of weeks’ use, the value for money is spot on. In terms of image sharpness, they’re slightly inferior to my mother-in-law’s Prostaff P7 binoculars, but the difference seems minimal, especially as they cost about half the price of the equivalent P7 model at the time of purchase.
