For returns that have not been communicated to our customer service, we will charge a handling fee of €15, and for the return of used devices, we will always charge this fee unless otherwise agreed.
Returns of products over €200 are generally free of charge; however, for unreported and incorrectly sent returns, we will charge the actual postage costs, rounded down to €15. For used equipment and items, we will always charge the 15€.
