Description
Godox Speedlite TT685 II flash, Nikon
A powerful hot-shoe flash for Nikon photography, ideal when you need controlled lighting either mounted on the camera or wirelessly detached from it. It is ideal for wedding, event, street fashion and news photography, where working quickly and having a wide range of flash modes are essential.
Flexible reflector lighting for a variety of shooting situations
The flash head tilts from -7° to 120° and swivels horizontally through 330°, so the light can be directed via the ceiling, a wall or any other reflective surface. The wide range of movement makes it quicker to adjust the light direction, whether used mounted on a camera or as a standalone unit.
Quick switch from TTL to manual mode
The TCM function converts the value obtained from the TTL measurement into manual power. This allows you to lock in an exposure that has been found to work and reproduce the same lighting across multiple shots.
Godox X system built-in
The built-in 2.4 GHz Godox X system allows the flash to be used as either a transmitter or a receiver with compatible Godox flashes and transmitters. The system has a range of approximately 100 metres, and offers multiple groups and channels for interference-free operation.
Main features
- A GN value of approximately 60 and a zoom range of 20–200 mm help to illuminate a variety of framing options and lens focal lengths.
- TTL, manual and multi modes, as well as HSS, FEC, FEB and rear-curtain synchronisation, provide extensive exposure control.
- The TCM function converts TTL exposure to manual mode for repeated flash exposure.
- The built-in Godox 2.4G X acts as both a transmitter and a receiver in a compatible flash setup.
- The quick-release mechanism speeds up the process of attaching and detaching the flash from the camera’s hot shoe.
- The power connection allows the use of an external lithium-ion battery, such as the Godox PB960, for longer shooting sessions.
- The USB-C upgrade port and 2.5 mm synchronisation socket expand the range of uses and connection options.
