The Gossen DigiPro F2 is a high performance exposure meter for both digital and film photographers. The light meter can measure light from ambient light, flash, and point. With a shutter speed preset, the recommended value of light is determined by stopping the subject in motion. The exposure meter then determines the appropriate aperture for the shutter speed.

By holding down the measure button, you can scan the contrast areas of the object that appear as f-holes. When the aperture preselection is enabled, the device will tell you the amount of light needed so you can start building up the image, for example, by using the depth of field.

You can synchronise the lightning meter with or without a cable. The device can tell you the prevailing light as a proportion of the total exposure.

In HD Cine mode, you can choose between 1/24 and 1/120 speeds as required. The characteristics of modern cine cameras have been taken into account and the meter therefore has an ISO850 value.
