The Joby Wavo Pro DS shotgun microphone offers a versatile solution for capturing clear and impressive audio for your camera, computer or mobile device. The Wavo Pro runs for up to 60 hours on its internal battery or for an extremely long time via a USB connection. Three-stage gain control (0, +10 or +20 dB) helps you achieve the optimum volume for any camera.

The Wavo Pro DS offers a dedicated safety monitoring mode. In safety monitoring mode, the microphone routes a copy of the main microphone signal, at a level of -10 dB, to a second channel. Even if the audio on the main channel is compromised, the secondary channel remains clean. The high-quality Rycote Lyre shock mount dampens vibrations caused by handling the stand, boom or camera, ensuring the audio remains clean and ready for broadcast.

Forget about changing the batteries. The Wavo Pro DS can run for up to 60 hours on its built-in rechargeable USB battery. Alternatively, the microphone can be powered via a USB connection from a power supply or a laptop.

Connect the microphone to a traditional 3.5mm TRS analogue camera microphone socket using the supplied TRS cable, or use the digital USB Type-C cable to record directly to your computer or mobile device.

The high quality Rycote Lyre shock absorber dampens vibrations from tripod/boom/camera handling to keep the sound clean and ready to broadcast.

More advanced Wavo Pro -Unlike this microphone, this model includes some advanced features such as active noise cancellation, digital audio management via an app and an external secondary microphone input.
