A lens specifically designed to produce creative selective focus effects, the Composer II is a lens with cleverly interchangeable optics.

Edge 35 optics

A very special focus-limiting Edge 35 optic for use with Composer II combines a 35mm f/3.5 lens with the body. The Edge 35 is a unique optic with a focus area in a banded section that with the Composer moves to the desired position. With Composer II, the focus point can be moved anywhere in the image area by moving the Tilt axis 15º. The optics have a manual aperture ring to give you control over the depth of field. The unit has an 8-blade dimmer to help achieve a smooth bokeh. The lens formula consists of nine glass elements in six groups and all elements are multi-coated to prevent reflections and haze. This ensures that images are sharp and colour accurate.
