The Manfrotto Autopole 2 is a stand designed to be positioned between the ceiling and the floor for studio backdrops and rigging. It is suitable for use with backdrop fabrics and backdrop boards, as well as for attaching lights and grip arms using Super Clamp mounts.

Installing backdrops without using a ladder

Autopole 2 is part of a system that allows backdrops or backdrop boards to be moved without the need to climb. The frame is secured in place by a manually operated, spring-loaded lock between the floor and the ceiling.
