NiSi Filter ND-Vario 1-5 Stops True Color is an innovative neutral density filter that provides flexible exposure reduction between 1-5 EV. The filter density, or ND factor, is infinitely adjustable by rotating the filter. This allows precise and predictable control of the need for additional exposure time.

To maximise ease of use, the filter ring is clearly marked with numbers corresponding to the different stopping down values of the exposure. This is a particularly useful feature for users of film or video cameras, as the combination of aperture control and the use of this filter allows the depth of field range to be precisely adjusted while the frame rate remains unchanged.

This feature allows the use of larger apertures and/or slower shutter speeds that would not normally be possible under prevailing lighting conditions.

The filter's advanced nanocoating effectively repels water, grease and dirt, making it easier to clean. The filter ring is made of high quality aluminium, which ensures the filter is lightweight and durable.
