NiSi Close Up Lens Kit NC 49mm

This close-up lens is constructed from three optical corrective glasses, all with an apochromatic design and multi-nano coating.
This allows for excellent resolution, natural colours with almost no purple/green fringing in both the focus area and bokeh.

Magnification is 1:1 at 110 mm focal length for full-frame cameras.
(Magnification is 1.5X for APS-C cameras and 2X for 4/3 cameras)

Lens compatibility:

1. Suitable for lenses with 40,5-67mm filter threads. (Fitting rings required)
2. No vignetting at 25mm focal length on APS-C cameras. (Tested on Canon R7 RF-S18-45mm F4.5-6.3 IS STM@F5)
3. No vignetting at 70mm focal length on APS-C cameras. (Tested on Sony a6600 Tamron 28-200mm F2.8~5.6@F4)
4. No vignetting at 180mm focal length with full frame cameras. (Tested on Sony A7R3 Tamron 28-200mm [email protected])
5. Compatible with the following lenses using an adapter to achieve 2X magnification:
   Canon 100mm macro lens, Nikon 105mm macro lens, Sony 90 macro lens.

Tips:

1. The best working distance is 2-14 cm. Move the camera appropriately to get a focused image.
2. We recommend using a tripod and NiSi macro focus rail for the most accurate focus point.
3. The NiSi close-up lens does not affect exposure. If you are shooting handheld, we recommend using a small aperture combined with an external flash or a higher ISO setting.
4. When you use a close-up lens with longer focal length lenses, the magnification increases. Bokeh can be achieved if the close-up lens is used with a wider aperture.
5. When using a close-up lens, the best focal length depends on the lens you use. The magnification will also vary depending on the design of each specific lens.
6. We recommend using a NiSi macro focus rail if you choose to shoot a series of images with a focus stack.
