The NiSi Nano Soft Graded IR ND filter is a semi-opaque filter designed for landscape photographers, made of high quality nano-coated optical glass. The semi-opaque filter allows the desired side of the image, such as a clear sky, to be darkened without affecting the exposure of the rest of the image. The darkening of the filter is at its maximum at the edge and decreases towards the centre of the filter with a smooth transition. The grey filter does not affect colour rendition and other filters can be used with it.

NiSi gray filters are designed for digital cells and reduce both visible light and infrared frequencies evenly. The NiSi Optical Nano coating used on all filter surfaces allows very uniform filtering without colour aberrations.
