The NiSi Nano Hard Graded IR ND filter is a semi-opaque filter designed for landscape photographers, made of high quality nano-coated optical glass. The ND filter can be used to darken a desired side of an image, such as a clear sky, without changing the exposure of the rest of the image. The darkening of the filter is greatest at the edge and decreases towards the centre of the filter with a sharp shift. The grey filter does not affect colour rendition and other filters can be used with it.

NiSi gray filters are designed for digital cells and reduce both visible light and infrared frequencies evenly. The NiSi Optical Nano coating used on all filter surfaces allows very uniform filtering without colour aberrations.
