The NiSi Nano IR Medium Graduated Neutral Density filter is a semi-opaque filter designed for landscape photographers, made from high quality nano-coated optical glass. The semi-opaque filter allows the desired side of the image, such as a clear sky, to be darkened without altering the exposure of the rest of the image. The darkening of the filter is greatest at the edge and decreases moderately towards the centre of the filter. The grey filter does not affect colour rendition and other filters can be used with it.

NiSi gray filters are designed for digital cells and reduce both visible light and infrared frequencies evenly. The NiSi Optical Nano coating used on all filter surfaces allows very uniform filtering without colour aberrations.
