Rode MiCon 5 is a handy XLR quick connector for Rode MiCon mics. It works with all Rode equipment that uses MiCon connectors, such as Rode Pinmic and lavalier mics. The connector has a basic 3-pin XLR connector that can also be used with P48 phantom power. XLR is pretty much the industry standard.
