It is a 15.6 inch FullHD 1920×1080 resolution field monitor with four HDMI inputs with loop. This is the ideal tool if you're on a tight boudjet to buy Breath Minin which means you don't have the multiview feature. Or if you're a director and want to see the footage live on a slightly larger screen.

The resolution is indeed the above mentioned 1920x 1080 up to 60 frames per second, and the contrast ratio on this beauty is 800:1. The LED backlit panel has a brightness of 250cd/m² and the video is very faithful to the source material. The viewing angle is a nice wide 170º both vertically and horizontally. There is little colour variation even when viewing the broadcast from a wide angle.

The 4K designation in the model name comes from the fact that the device takes in 4K resolution from four sources and outputs it naturally the same. The device is quite handy not only on location but also in post-production. For focus checking, the device features Focus Peaking, False Color for exposure and Pixel to Pixel. Getting an accurate and correctly exposed image is really easy. The cropping tools include Center Marker, Safety marker, Grid Marker to prevent the image from cropping incorrectly in live view. Other functions include Image Zoom, Check Field, Image Freeze, Color Temperature adjustments and so on.

Real colours. Seetec Atem156 4K uses the professional Rec.709 HD colour standard and is factory calibrated. The colours are spot on and you see the image as it goes out.

The aluminium flight case is a smart touch for a gig monitor, the screen stays intact and the handles make it easy to carry around. The front and rear panels are removable so it's handy to use inside the box.

4x 4K HDMI inputs and outputs. You can connect up to 4 cameras, game consoles or computers. The source also has a loop output, so if you're an Atem Mini or Atem Mini Pro user, this is a really great deal, you get access to multivirewwn even if the console itself doesn't support it.

You can use the screen for Multiview, Quad View / Dual View or just one image.
