Optimised for Sigma Nikon F lenses, the Sigma TC-2001 2x Telephoto is part of Sigma's Global Vision series, which extends the focal length to 2x for selected lenses. This model communicates perfectly between lens and camera, and autofocus works up to f/8. The telephoto lens features a single Special Low Dispersion element that reduces chromatic aberrations and maintains image quality. In addition, the extension is both dust and moisture protected. In use, the telephoto extender reduces the aperture by about one aperture. It comes with a soft carrying case with zipper.
