SmallRig 4978 is a camera cage designed for the Canon EOS R5 Mark II that protects the body and provides plenty of mounting points for video shooting equipment. It is suitable for a filmmaker who wants to use the camera flexibly handheld, on a tripod, or with a DJI RS gimbal.

The Arca-Swiss quick-release baseplate enables direct mounting to Arca-type tripods and heads, as well as DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro / RS 4 / RS 4 Pro stabilisers. The cage also features strap slots for SmallRig hand straps, a downward-slung strap slot, and a QD socket for quick-release shoulder straps.
