The SmallRig 5957 HawkLock quick release cage kit is designed to improve the stability, portability and accessory mounting options for handheld photography with Canon EOS R6 Mark III / R6 Mark II cameras. The kit includes a cage, USB-C and HDMI cable mounts and a HawkLock top grip.

The Arca-Swiss compatible base facilitates quick transitions between tripod, gimbal and handheld shooting, and versatile mounting points make rig set-up smooth for different production situations.

• HawkLock quick-release fasteners for fast and safe working
• H21 quick release NATO rail and H38 Arca-Swiss quick release plate
• Mounting points for accessories: 1/4″-20 threads, 1/4″-20 locating holes, 3/8″-16 threads and ARRI 3/8″-16 locating holes
• Cold shoe attachment, NATO rails, QD connections and strap holes for accessories
• Anti-torsion fixing: 1/4″-20 screw on the bottom + two locating blocks on the sides
• Built-in silicone pads help prevent camera scratches
• Integrated Arca-Swiss base: compatible with Arca tripods and DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro / RS 4 / RS 4 Pro stabilizers
• HawkLock overhand grip with silicone padding for comfortable and stable hand-held shooting
• HDMI & USB-C cable clamp with thumbscrews helps prevent signal loss and supports stable signal transmission
• Note: not compatible with DJI RS 4 Mini gimbal
• Note: The cable holder supplied with the Canon R6 Mark II body is not compatible (a separate cable holder 2981 is recommended for this configuration)
