SmallRig 5962 is an L-shaped mounting plate with AirTag hole for Canon EOS R6 Mark III / R6 Mark II / R5 Mark II cameras. It is designed to speed up the transition between horizontal and vertical shooting while adding camera tracking functionality.

Its stable mount design, Arca-Swiss compatible base plate and versatile accessory attachments make it a practical choice for lightweight photo and video setups.

Main features

• Mounting with one 1/4"-20 screw on the bottom and two anti-twist locating pins
• Built-in silicone pads protect the camera from scratches
• In vertical use, the included cold shoe positioning block strengthens the side plate and helps maintain optical alignment
• Cold shoe accessories (e.g. microphone, LED light, wireless transmitter, flash) can be attached to the location block.
• Side plate extends 22,5 mm to improve cable management in vertical position
• The cut allows the rear screen to be tilted to about 95°
• Maintains access to battery compartment, slots and ports even with angled cables
• Multiple mounting points: 1/4″-20 threads, QD connection, cold shoe and belt holes
• Arca-Swiss quick release plate integrated in the base (Arca stands and DJI RS gimbals)
• Magnetic wrench stored in the base plate for quick adjustment
