SmallRig Baseplate for Sony Alpha 6700 4338 is a specially designed baseplate for Sony's compact Sony a6700 body. It attaches to the camera base with 1/4" -20 screws and an alignment pin. The Arca-Swiss compatible base plate fits directly on DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro gimbals.The base has QD slots to attach the QD shoulder strap.

    I wish Small Rig would make an L-Bracket, but due to the doors on the camera being on that side, it is almost impossible. The plate is nice, sturdy, and a bit heavy (nicely). It comes with its own tool to attach it easily to your camera; the tool can be stored underneath the plate. It gives an excellent grip for the pinkie and improves the ergonomics a bit. If I were unsure whether I should buy it or not, I definitely would buy it; it's not expensive and offers a better grip! I think this is a must if you own an a6700.
