SmallRig Universal 15mm Rail Support System Baseplate 2092 consists of an Arca type clamp with 15mm rod fixing and a quick release plate. The tightness of the clamp can be adjusted by a small screw in the lever so it works fine with most Arca plates. The plate attaches to the bottom of the camera or cages with screws. The clamp also has several 1/4’’-20, 3/8’’-16 threaded holes so you can attach tripods, jibs and other gear. For example, to attach a rod, you can attach 15mm Rod 1053 follow focus, matte box and long lens support for the SmallRig Long Lens Support with Dual 15mm Rod Clamp 1087, depending on your needs. The height of the assembly can be adjusted up to 24mm. The distance between the QR plate and the center of the rod is adjustable from 33.6mm to 57.6mm. The kit comes with several 1/4’’-20, 3/8’’-16 threaded holes for DIY builds.
