The Viltrox AF 50mm f/2 Air FE lens for Sony FE mount full-frame digital cameras combines a classic, versatile focal length with a lightweight design that's an excellent choice for everyday photography. The STM focusing motor provides fast, quiet autofocus that's reliable in both still and video photography. Its f/2 maximum aperture allows you to work in low light and helps create a pleasing bokeh effect. Optical aberration and image distortion are reduced with built-in extra-low dispersion (ED), high refractive power (HR) and aspherical (ASPH) lens elements. Optical design

Thirteen lenses in nine groups, including three extra-low dispersion (ED) lenses, four high refractive power (HR) lenses and one aspherical (ASPH) lens, reduce reflections and ghosting, improving contrast and quality. A nine-blade dimmer creates a rounder and more pleasing bokeh effect. 51 cm minimum focusing distance, allowing you to focus on close subjects. Built-in focusing mechanism optimises use with gimbals and other support systems.
