Description
The ZEISS Milvus 2/100M is a ZEISS Macro-Planar and is the fastest and most powerful 100 mm macro lens on the market today. This lens is also superbly versatile, use it as a telephoto or take incredibly beautiful close-ups. Its precise mechanical parts and wide focus are essential for macro photography. The new Zeiss Milvus lens enables cinematic bokeh in film productions. Because the Milvus has a very high contrast draw, the lenses meet the highest demands for 6k and beyond, and the Milvus lenses have consistent color gamuts. Milvus lenses have very long turning radius focus rings, and the material is rubbery and sturdy, so fine focusing is easy and possible. Zeiss Milvus lenses have an all-metal body for long and reliable life. The frames are also dust and splash resistant. The sturdy metal lens hood is made to blend in with the rest of the body. The Milvus lens family (excluding 100mm macro) is compatible with the Zeiss Lens Gears system.
