Shoulder bags are a great choice for a relaxed shoot. Depending on the size, a shoulder bag can usually hold one camera, a few lenses and accessories. The bag doesn't take up much space and it's easy to take your camera out and about. So you don't necessarily have to take the bag off your shoulder, and your camera is easily accessible at all times. There are also different types of shoulder bags. For example, there are compact bags that fit just one camera, or more traditional shoulder bags that fit several cameras and a laptop. Shoulder bags keep your camera equipment safe from impact and are often waterproof. Shoulder bags commonly come with a carrying handle and strap. However, if you walk long distances with your bag and it starts to put a strain on your body, it is advisable to get a camera backpack, because it has better ergonomics.
