The popular Fujifilm ultra-wide angle gets a revamped version with much-needed weather protection and better controls. Optical image quality is of course of the same excellent standard, offering superb contrast and colour saturation without chromatic aberration or flare. Super EBC coatings ensure that image quality is maintained even when shooting into backlighting.

The redesigned image stabilizer now offers half an aperture more stabilization (3.5 apertures in total), which is more than enough for these mics, even when working handheld. The lens body has improved focusing and zoom rings, and the aperture ring has been made lockable. The body is also now weatherproofed against dust and moisture.
