The Sirui R-4214E is a sturdy carbon-fibre tripod designed for photography and observation. It is suitable for video cameras, mirrorless systems, DSLR cameras and birdwatching, where precise height adjustment and the ability to support heavier equipment are required.

Precise adjustment via a toothed central column

The serrated centre column allows for precise height adjustment of 250 mm using the crank handle. The crank folds away for storage, and the top of the centre column features a reversible 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 mounting thread. The 3/8"-16 thread at the base of the centre post also allows the head to be secured in an inverted position.

The legs adapt to the terrain

The legs adjust independently and have three locking positions, making it easier to level the stand on uneven surfaces. The removable rubber feet and the spiked feet supplied provide grip on a variety of surfaces. The 5 cm markings on the lower sections of the legs assist with repeatable height adjustment.

Carbon fibre construction for demanding applications

The 10-ply 100 % carbon fibre blades feature a cross-pattern design that enhances stability and reduces vibration. Padded foot pads improve grip, and a built-in spirit level makes it easier to adjust the horizontal alignment.
