Shipping to us
Here you'll find instructions on how to send your package to us quickly, safely and insured - whether it's a trade-in, an equipment sale or a product return. All our shipments are delivered Travel service via.

Free or paid shipping
- Return of products over 200 € is usually free of charge (excluding large consignments)
- If the shipment has been made incorrectly or without prior agreement, we will charge the actual postage (usually 15 €).
- Returning 2nd hand equipment and trades - actual costs ( 15€ ) which covers the shipping in both directions and insurance.
- Agreed direct purchases - shipping is free of charge

Prepare your return
Carefully pack and cushion your products and accessories. If possible, include the shipping list that came with your order. The return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of arrival of the product.
Show your shipment to us
Write on top of the package: 9548106 / Customer Returns. This will automatically redirect the package to us. Also remember to mask or delete old address labels.
Take to Travel Assistance
You can take the finished package to any Matkahuolto manned location. You don't have to pay anything at the location - if the return is not free of charge, we will deduct the shipping cost from the product refund.

Self-delivery of products
If you do not want to use our contracted courier service from Matkahuolto, use the address below and send the package Express delivery to your destination:

Remember: Self-delivered parcels must be sent to the destination (not to the pick-up point) and As an express service, so that they arrive at their destination correctly.
