Thanks to Fujino's XF 23mm f/2 WR, the X-series range is further expanded with the new fixed wide-angle and now consists of 23 high performance lenses in total. The versatile focal length of the Fujino XF 23mm f/2 WR is equivalent to 35mm (35mm format), making it suitable for a wide range of subjects and situations such as snapshots, landscapes and portraits. With a maximum maximum aperture of F2, compact size and light weight (180g), the lens is close to the previously released Fujinon XF 35mm F2 objetiivia.

. The lens consists of ten lens elements divided into six groups, including two aspherical lens elements. These aspherical lens elements are optimally positioned for maximum edge-to-edge sharpness, and performance variations between different focusing distances are minimised. The internal focusing system is coupled with a stepper motor for extremely fast and accurate autofocusing. The lens features a fully metal weatherproof construction to protect against moisture, dust, dirt and low temperatures. A lightweight, compact and round lens hood is supplied with the lens and can be complemented by the optional LH-XF35-2 lens hood, which is made entirely of metal and has a classic design.
