Rode M3 - the basic microphone for every place
The Rode M3 microphone is a versatile condenser microphone designed for use in the studio, on stage or on location. It features a rigid metal construction and its 1.3″ condenser capsule is internally shock-absorbed.The mic is powered by 24V or 48V phantom power, or an internal 9V battery.
The -10dB and -20dB attenuation levels of the microphone can be selected from inside the battery compartment if you are recording powerful sound sources such as drums or guitar amps. The Rode M3 microphone also features an adjustable high-pass filter on the power switch, which filters out sounds below 80Hz, reducing low frequencies. It comes with a windscreen, mic holder, and pouch.
